  • Personal Care -- Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, oral hygiene, ambulation, and exercise

  • Transportation -- to medical appointments, shopping and errands

  • Homemaking -- Light meal planning & preparation, housekeeping and laundry

  • Companionship -- Provide a supportive companion for conversation, reading or playing games

  • Medication Reminders

  • Caregiver support --at home, in a hospital, or nursing home

  • Respite Care -- For caregivers needing a rest from the demands of care

  • Veteran Care -- As a certified provider of homemaker/personal care attendant services to Lincoln County beneficiaries of the Veterans Affairs Programs, One2One Care is delighted to offer veterans services paid directly by the Veterans Administration. A referral must be made through the Veterans Administration in order to qualify for this service. For questions, please call Myra Lane, Program Manager, at 563-3038.

In addition we will:

  • Provide complimentary in-home assessment for services
  • Assist with Care Coordination by working together with the client, family members, health care providers, professionals and facilities in an effort to provide quality care
  • Arrange scheduling of caregivers
  • Pay payroll taxes, workers compensation and unemployment insurance
